The alarm does not ring

Open iPhone Settings and confirm StepWake can use Alarms. Keep the alarm enabled in StepWake. AlarmKit alarms are designed to sound during Silent mode and Focus, but your iPhone must be powered on.

Steps are not counted

Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness and enable StepWake. Carry your iPhone while walking; StepWake uses detected steps rather than screen movement.

StepWake Pro is not showing

Check your internet connection, then reopen the Pro screen. If you purchased previously, tap Restore purchase while signed into the same Apple Account.
